APF - 1825 is an innovative advanced technology designed to deliver uniform wet paste filling around the tubular grids inside the gauntlets. It is also designed to increase the contact between the lead oxide paste and the spine, which greatly improves the battery life and performance.

APF - 1825 is employed to fill the tubular grids with lead oxide and it consist of the below process components:

Functionality

The lead oxide paste from the mixer is poured into the Hopper. The stirrer inside the Hopper maintains uniform feeding of the paste at all time of the operation.

The tubular gauntlets with the lead grid is placed on the delivery rack and the Controlled Oxide Paste Injector (COPI) automatically delivers precise amount of oxide paste into the tubular sleeves uniformly and compactly. The entire process enables the compact contact between the oxide paste and the spines inside the gauntlet. The paste filling from APF - 1825 is so precise to your requirement, that the tubular grid maintain uniform weight throughout the production process. The Automated Control System helps in fast production and maintains quality at par.
