About Flash Drying Oven

Flash Drying Ovencompliments the Double side Pasting Machine and enhances the productivity of the Pasting Machine. The outer surface of the pasted plate is dried by passing through the Drying Oven which improves the handling of the pasted plate and hence the productivity of the Pasting Machine, The Drying Oven can be supplied with any medium of heating Electrical, Diesel or LPG.

The construction is heavy with Base Channel frame on which the heating chamber is fabricated. The chamber shall be 30Ft. long and lined inside with SS316L material to make it corrosion resistant The Honeycomb conveyor which carries the pasted plate is made of SS 304 Material, The speed of the conveyor is synchronized with Pasting Machine output through variable speed drive. The Chamber is well insulated with high densityceramic blanket to contain the heat and reduce losses, hence the operational cost is low.
