About Double Sided Pasting Machine

Double Sided Pasting Machine is very compact and sturdy. The quality of the pasted plate is supreme and close tolerances are achieved. This machine is fully automatic in nature, that is, the Girds are automatically fed by the Grid Feeder Mechanism, Pasting is achieved by the Hopper and then the plate is finished and pressed by set of the rollers by spraying water and Acid. The Hopper mechanism is accurate and do not deform the grids. The Masking plates are provided to accurately paste only where needed. Machine is Operator friendly with clearly marked operation buttons. The Main and the Hopper Drive is both provided by AC Drives to control the speed of the main motor and the Hopper Motor. Centralized lubrication system provided to the machine for easy maintenance.
